John,

Thanks for considering using our catering services.  Below is a menu I served a couple of weeks ago for a wedding reception.

Hors d'oeuvres - assorted cheese w/assorted crackers, assorted veggie bowls w/veggie dip

Dinner buffet (after the wedding party arrives) - boneless skinless marinated grilled chicken breasts, pork loin w/roasted raspberry chipotle sauce (on the side), parsley buttered red potatoes, green beans, Caesar salad, rolls w/butter, sweet & un-sweet tea, lemonade, water

Cost on the above was $25/person with glass ware (dinner plate, salad plate, drinking glass & flatware) or wil be $18/person w/plastic ware (clear decorative plastic dinner plate, salad plate, fork, knife, drinking glass). If you go the glassware route - we'll use the clear plastic plates for the hors d'oeuvres.   With either choice I use a nice looking - good quality - heavy white paper napkin.  This cost includes wait staff which will replenish the buffet and beverages as needed and remove the plates/glasses/etc. from the guest tables.

If you want booze - I don't provide it for liability reasons - but you can provide it & I can serve it.  A bartender is $200 for 4 hours plus $50 per each additional hour.  This price also does not include the plates, forks & napkins for the cake - I can provide that if you want me to though.  I do not provide table linens.

I'm sure you (and the bride & mama) will have many other questions - just call me.  My cell # is 919-625-2840.  I will be out of town this weekend - be back Tuesday - but feel free to call me on my cell.
